Important pilot principles

No guaranteed review volume or rating improvement. Businesses remain responsible for lawful customer communications and accurate consent records. ReviewRelay will not support fake reviews, incentivized reviews or review-gating.

Before paid public launch: subscription terms, cancellation, acceptable use, data processing responsibilities, warranty limitations and support terms must be finalized.
