ReviewRelay is being prepared for a limited pilot. This page is a pre-launch placeholder and will be replaced with a complete privacy policy before production customer data is processed at scale.

Pilot data principles

We intend to collect only information needed to operate the service, secure integration credentials, restrict access by client, and avoid selling customer or end-customer data.

Before public launch: retention periods, subprocessors, data rights, contact details and applicable messaging/privacy disclosures must be finalized.
