We’re onboarding a small number of HVAC, plumbing, roofing and other local-service businesses for a hands-on 14-day pilot. The goal is simple: show measurable reputation growth with minimal work from your team.

What happens during the pilot

  1. Baseline. We record your current Google review count and rating.
  2. Connection. We connect your completed-job signal using the cleanest option available for your business.
  3. Automation. Eligible customers receive timely review requests through permitted channels.
  4. Checkpoints. We measure results on days 3, 7, 10 and 14.
  5. Decision. Continue only if ReviewRelay is creating enough value to justify the monthly fee.
Founding partner target: $197/month after the pilot while the account remains active. No promise of specific review volume; results depend on customer volume, eligibility and response behavior.
